First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Part-Time School Taxi Driver to join their professional team in Saffron Walden.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused driver looking for a part-time, permanent position within a friendly, family-run business. The successful candidate will play an important role in providing a safe, reliable and professional transport service.

You will be guaranteed 12.5 hours per week, with full training and support provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely transport school pupils to and from school and other designated locations.
Provide a professional, friendly and courteous service to passengers.
Ensure passengers are transported safely and reliably.
Follow designated routes and schedules.
Maintain high standards of punctuality and reliability.
Carry out appropriate vehicle safety checks and report any defects or concerns.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of passengers throughout each journey.
Maintain a professional approach when representing the company.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Attend required training, medicals and company events.
Work flexibly and support the wider team when required.
Skills and Qualifications:

Valid Category B (Car) driving licence.
Previous driving or passenger transport experience is desirable but not essential.
A passion for providing excellent customer service.
Professional and reliable approach to work.
Strong commitment to passenger safety.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, positive and can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently while being part of a friendly team.
Willingness to undertake any required training.
