EARTHWORKS SUPERVISOR - LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY 🚧
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project in the South Ockendon area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Supervisor with a strong background in earthworks, groundworks and civil engineering to join an established site team on a long-term project.
The Role
Supervising earthworks and groundworks activities
Managing site teams and subcontractors
Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
Carrying out daily briefings and coordinating site activities
Monitoring health, safety and quality standards
Liaising with site management and other project teams
Essential Requirements
Gold CSCS Card
SSSTS
First Aid
CAT & Genny
Proven experience supervising earthworks/groundworks
Strong knowledge of site health & safety procedures
Good communication and leadership skills
Relevant UK construction experience💷 Competitive rate available
