Duties - Responsible for supporting the recruitment process, attracting candidates, building client relationships, and developing skills to progress within the company.
Role Overview –
You will work under the supervision of the senior consultants to learn the start to finish recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, managing client relationships, and understanding industry specific requirements.
Previous recruitment experience is not required; however, you will need to have the ability to take on board the following -
Candidate sourcing and engagement: Conduct CV searches, advertise job vacancies and reach out to potential candidates via calls, e-mails and networking.
Client support: Assist in understanding client staffing needs, schedule interviews and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
Sales and business development: Learn to identify new business opportunities, support account management, and understand market trends.
Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions on the companies CRM system, update databases, and support the recruitment team with documentation.
The position is office based in Hertford; however, you will be required to travel to our client's premises from time to time
