About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Carrying out steel fixing and reinforcement work to a high standard
* Reading and working from drawings and specifications
* Installing reinforcement steel safely and accurately
* Working as part of a professional site team
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following all site health & safety procedures
* Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
* Ensuring all work is completed to the required quality and specification
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Steel Fixer
* Previous experience working on UK construction sites
* Good knowledge of steel fixing and reinforcement work
* Ability to read and understand construction drawings
* Relevant CSCS card
* Full PPE
* Good understanding of health & safety procedures
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* Professional attitude and good communication skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
