How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Lead a strategic programme assessing the impact of AI platforms and tools on user engagement and content discovery.
Develop a clear vision and roadmap for the role of AI-enabled channels within the wider digital strategy.
Design and oversee pilots, experiments and test-and-learn initiatives to evaluate potential opportunities and risks.
Build evidence-based recommendations for senior leaders, translating complex challenges into actionable decisions.
Develop partnerships with AI providers and technology organisations to explore collaboration opportunities.
Establish governance, reporting, risk management and delivery frameworks for the programme.
Work across product, research, analytics, content, technology and operational teams to drive alignment and delivery.
Present findings, strategic options and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive audiences.

    About You

Influencing and building consensus across multidisciplinary teams.
Managing senior stakeholder relationships, including external partners.
Operating at the intersection of technology, customer needs and organisational strategy.
Producing clear, high-quality papers, presentations and executive briefings.

    Desirable Experience

AI, machine learning, search technologies, digital platforms, APIs or emerging technology strategy.
Large-scale digital transformation or change programmes.
    Commercial or strategic technology partnerships.
Responsible AI, trust and safety, misinformation, data governance or digital inclusion
