We are looking for an HR Consultant to join our team of HR professionals, who embodies our core values and is passionate about driving organisational success – could this be you? The role involves building strong relationships and delivering value-added support across a broad spectrum of HR issues.

What we need you to bring to the team:
Experience of working on investigations, disciplinaries and grievance hearings, ensuring fairness and compliance with employment law.
The ability to develop strong client relationships, understand their needs and deliver HR advice, as well as deliver training to clients around new legislation.
A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices whilst staying ahead of current legislation to keep us compliant and competitive.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully.
The desire to grow and develop within the team in the medium term. You will be looking for a role which will offer you personal and professional development in your career.
