How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    We are seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Central Support Team at Triumph Designs. The successful candidate will support Engineering teams within a fast-paced Design department, focusing on the review and release of technical drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to best practice. Alongside supporting technical drawing release activities, you will provide administrative support to Engineering teams, helping ensure the smooth running of the department.

    This a fixed term temporary 12-month contract.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    * Manage drawing release activities, including issuing engineering change notices, reviewing drawings for accuracy and compliance, and verifying engineering systems data.

    * Act as the primary point of contact for engineers, providing support on design systems, processes, procedures, and documentation.

    * Produce and amend simple engineering drawings and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

    * Provide administrative support to Design teams, including budget monitoring.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    * Maths and English GCSE Grade C / 4 or above

    * Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

    * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    * Effective communicator

    * Strong organisational and time management skills.

    * Able to quickly learn new systems and processes, working independently with minimal supervision.
