Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the logistics operations from order placement to delivery.
* Liaise with suppliers and transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
* Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
* Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipments, inventory levels, and supplier communications.

* Proven experience in a logistics role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
* A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges effectively.
* Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices is advantageous.
* A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
