What You'll Be Doing

From day one, you'll receive structured training while learning every stage of the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs

Headhunting high-calibre technology professionals through LinkedIn, networking and referrals

*

Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channels

*

Interviewing candidates and assessing their skills, motivations and career goals

*

Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to successful placement

*

Advising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries and hiring strategies

*

Negotiating offers and helping both parties achieve the best possible outcome

*

Developing your own network of clients and candidates, building long-term professional relationships

No two days are the same. You'll combine sales, relationship building, negotiation and commercial problem solving while becoming a trusted adviser within one of the world's fastest-moving industries.

Who They're Looking For

A recent graduate with some sales experience, or at least six months' commercial experience

A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with people

*

Competitive, ambitious and motivated by achieving goals
