The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and highly engaged Property Team.

You'll handle a varied, high-quality caseload and have genuine ownership of your matters, with support from experienced colleagues when needed. The work covers acquisitions and disposals, development, leases, landlord and tenant, reorganisations and banking & security.

The team acts for a diverse client base, from owner-managed businesses and charities through to high-net-worth individuals and larger national organisations, meaning there is plenty of variety and scope to develop.

The Role

Manage your own commercial property caseload from inception through to completion
Advise clients across a broad range of commercial property matters
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
Contribute to business development and the growth of the team
Provide practical, commercially focused advice
About You

Ideally 2+ years PQE in commercial property
Confident managing your own caseload
Strong client care and communication skills
Commercially minded with a proactive approach
Organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities
Ambitious and keen to make your mark within a growing team
