ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Commercial Manager on a 4 month contract.
The Role:
Managing end-to-end procurement activities.
Developing procurement strategies and routes to market.
Drafting and finalising procurement and contract documentation.
Running procurements through e-tendering systems.
Managing tender clarification processes.
Coordinating evaluation and consensus meetings.
Negotiating and forming contracts.
Working closely with project teams and stakeholders.
Providing procurement updates and commercial advice to the business.
Ensuring procurement compliance and governance requirements are met.
Requirements:
Contract formation and negotiation.
Procurement strategy development.
Understanding of contracting options and routes to market
Experience procuring and managing large framework agreements.
NEC contract experience
CIPS qualification
Commercial thinker with strategic capability.
Able to manage competing priorities and complex procurement exercises
