A fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Tester to join a growing electrical contractor. Our client is a well-established and growing electrical specialist within the social housing sector, focused on testing and compliance including EICRs, PAT testing, emergency lighting and communal works. With continued growth and new contracts being secured across the UK, this is an excellent time to join the business. As a Tester, your responsibilities will include:
* Complete electrical compliance testing
* Undertake remedial electrical works after testing.
* Complete around 3 - 4 EICRs per day, travel between jobs using their own van and equipment
* Identify electrical faults, defects, damage and potential safety hazards
The successful Tester should have:
* City and guilds Level 3, 18th Edition, 2391- 52 testing and inspection
* Experience conducting EICRS for a minimum of 2 years
* Competent in completing remedial works and maintenance
* Full UK driving license, own tools and tester.
