Hays Education are working with a primary school in Rugby that are looking for an experienced School Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.
This is an urgent requirement to provide additional support within a busy school office during a period of change and would suit an administrator who is confident working within a school environment from day one.
Your new role
The school is looking for an experienced administrator to start from mid-September, supporting the day-to-day running of the school office.
You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including managing pupil records, supporting attendance procedures, handling parent enquiries and assisting with the smooth operation of the school's systems and processes.
Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will need to be able to quickly integrate into the team and work with minimal supervision following a handover period.

Previous experience working within a school office environment
Strong working knowledge of school management systems
Ability to work confidently and independently within a busy office
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
