What We're Looking For
Previous experience working in a secondary school setting
Confidence supporting students one-to-one, in small groups or within the classroom
A positive, adaptable approach and the ability to settle quickly into different school environments
A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
