Autograph Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated graduate to join our friendly team in Chepstow. You don’t need recruitment experience—or a particular type of degree. We’ll give you the training, support and practical experience you need to develop a successful career.

Recruitment is fast-paced, sociable and rewarding. You’ll speak with a wide range of candidates and businesses, build valuable commercial skills and help people secure opportunities that could change their lives.

What will you be doing?

Finding and speaking with talented candidates

Learning how to interview and assess applicants

Writing and advertising vacancies

Matching candidates with suitable opportunities

Building relationships with candidates and local businesses

Supporting candidates throughout the interview process

Developing your sales, communication and negotiation skills

Working towards achievable individual and team targets

You could be a great fit if you are:

A recent graduate or currently completing your degree

Confident and comfortable speaking with new people
