Production Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities across various departments, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks efficiently. Hours of Work:

Monday-Friday 2pm-12am (paid breaks 3x 15 minutes!!!)

After 40 hours of work, £20 bounus per week!

Pay Rate:

£12.71ph

Duties

* Assist with the assembly, packaging, and preparation of shower products or materials according to specified standards and procedures.

* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

* Heavy Lifting

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment.

* Support inventory management by receiving, storing, and recording stock movements accurately.

* Perform routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning.

* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

* Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
