How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    My client is seeking an experienced Senior CSA Project Manager to join a major new build data centre project in North-West London.

    The successful Senior CSA Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) elements of a complex, high-specification data centre development. You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of CSA packages from early construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors and wider project team, managing interfaces between the CSA, MEP and IT elements of the development.

    Senior CSA Project Manager responsibilities include:-

    Lead the delivery of Civil, Structural and Architectural packages across the project.
    Manage subcontractors and specialist contractors, ensuring works are delivered to programme and specification.
    Coordinate closely with MEP and other multidisciplinary teams to manage project interfaces.
    Oversee structural steel, concrete, façade and architectural works through to completion.
    Manage project budgets, programme, risk and quality across allocated packages.
    Ensure all works comply with relevant health & safety legislation, regulations and project standards.
    Work closely with the client, design team, engineers and project stakeholders to resolve technical and delivery issues.
    Monitor progress and provide clear reporting on programme, cost, quality and risks.
    Drive a high standard of quality and attention to detail throughout the delivery process.To be considered for this Senior CSA Project Manager position, you will have:-

    Strong background in data centre, mission-critical or similarly complex construction projects.
    Proven experience managing CSA packages on large-scale construction projects.
    Strong knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction.
    Experience working within data centres, mission-critical, industrial or other high-specification environments.
    A strong understanding of subcontractor management, programme, quality and commercial controls.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    The ability to manage multiple interfaces and operate effectively within a fast-paced project environment.This Senior CSA Project Manager role is being offered on an initial temp-to-perm basis with negotiable initial day rate, and later salary approximately £95k-£100k + Package.
