How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Recruitment Resourcer - Key Accounts Team - Reading

    £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + OTE earnings

    Daniel Owen is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our successful Key Accounts Team based in our Head Office in Reading.

    Working closely with our Key Client Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of recruitment services to some of our most important clients. This is a varied position combining candidate sourcing for both temporary and permanent roles, relationship building, client support and general administration.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for talent sourcing, maintaining recruitment databases, ensuring compliant and accurate records, managing client portal information and supporting the team in delivering an outstanding service to both candidates and clients.

    Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Resourcer will include:

    Candidate Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with candidates through regular communication both over the phone and face to face, providing a positive candidate experience

    Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract high quality candidates for temporary and permanent opportunities across the construction sector

    Candidate Generation: Utilise job boards, our internal database, referrals and social media to source the best suitable talent

    Recruitment Support: Maintain and update client workforce management portals, ensuring candidate information, compliance records and placement details remain accurate and up to date

    Client Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and contributing to long term partnerships and repeat business

    Administrative Support: Provide administrative and recruitment support to the Key Accounts team and wider business
