M&E Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced M&E Surveyor for a contract assignment based in Durham. You will deliver mechanical and electrical surveys, producing clear reports that inform maintenance or refurbishment planning. This role pays a day rate of £300.

The Role
As the M&E Surveyor, you'll:

Carry out detailed mechanical and electrical surveys across assigned sites.
Record plant, systems, capacities and layout information accurately. - Produce clear, concise survey reports with findings and recommendations.
Identify defects, compliance issues and capacity constraints for projects.
Liaise with site contacts to arrange access and verify information. You
To be successful as the M&E Surveyor, you'll have:

Proven experience delivering M&E or building-services surveys.
Strong technical report-writing and survey documentation skills.
Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical services and components.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ideally hold a full UK driving licence. What's in it for you?
