How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Marketing Lead (12 Month Maternity Cover)
    London/Hybrid
    £45K Basic Salary + Benefits

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join a successful and growing learning business on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Working across international markets, you will take ownership of multi-channel marketing activity for a portfolio of training and subscription-based learning products, helping to build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and deliver marketing-attributable revenue.
This is a broad, hands-on marketing role, working closely with sales, product, customer success and subject matter experts. You will manage activity across email, content, digital, website, partner marketing, events, sales enablement and reporting. Experience within Learning & Development, digital learning, learning technology, SaaS or another subscription-based B2B environment would be particularly valuable.

    Responsibilities

    * Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to develop and deliver marketing plans and go-to-market activity aligned to business growth objectives.

    * Plan, execute, measure and report on integrated campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate and nurture leads and contribute to marketing-attributable revenue.

    * Design and implement segmented email marketing campaigns targeting different buyer personas, including corporate Learning & Development buyers and individual learners.

    * Create and maintain marketing and sales collateral including product brochures, case studies, product sheets, buying guides and industry reports.

    * Develop partner and client marketing activity through joint campaigns, webinars, case studies, PR and other collaborative initiatives.

    * Maintain and develop website and learning-platform content, optimising the customer journey and supporting SEO/AEO.

    * Support sales pipeline growth through inbound campaigns, sales enablement assets and activity focused on MQL and SQL generation.

    * Work with trainers and subject matter experts to produce market-facing and thought-leadership content, including webinars, masterclasses and broadcasts.

    * Coordinate event marketing activity, including exhibitions, sponsored sessions, networking events and sales-team support.

    * Manage marketing data and reporting, continually looking for ways to improve lead quality, lead volume and marketing-attributable revenue.

    Skills and experience

    * Proven experience in a B2B marketing, communications or similar role, ideally with at least three years’ relevant experience.

    * Experience planning and delivering content marketing, email marketing and digital campaigns.

    * Experience marketing subscription products and/or Learning & Development products is advantageous.

    * Experience within a commercial learning provider, digital learning, learning technology, SaaS or subscription-based business would be particularly relevant.

    * Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with strong written and verbal communication.

    * Experience understanding and targeting nuanced buyer personas, including senior buyers within enterprise organisations.

    * A strong understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals and complex buyer journeys, with up-to-date knowledge of email, content and subscription marketing.

    * Confident using CRM systems, content management systems and marketing automation platforms.

    * Good design skills with the ability to create and manage marketing collateral, ideally using Canva.

    * Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple channels, campaigns and priorities.

    * A confident, collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership of campaigns and outcomes.

    * A willingness to learn, test and iterate new ideas.

    Education

    * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
