How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    ABA Tutor - Earls Court
    Location: Earls Court, London
    Start Date: ASAP
    Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
    Contract: Full-time

    We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic ABA Tutor to join a supportive team working with a child in Earls Court, London, with an immediate start available.

    This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them develop their communication, learning, social and independence skills.

    The Role
    As an ABA Tutor, you will work closely with the child, family and wider professional team to deliver structured, individualised learning and behavioral programmes.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Delivering one-to-one ABA-based learning programmes.
    Supporting communication, social interaction and independence skills.
    Implementing strategies and programmes developed by supervising professionals.
    Recording progress and maintaining accurate session notes.
    Building a positive, trusting relationship with the child.
    Working collaboratively with parents, therapists and other professionals.
    Providing consistent, patient and engaging support.
    About You
    We are looking for someone who is:

    Passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
    Patient, enthusiastic and reliable.
    Confident working on a one-to-one basis.
    Able to follow structured programmes and professional guidance.
    A strong communicator with a positive and proactive approach.
    Experienced in ABA, autism support, SEN or working with children is desirable, but relevant transferable experience will also be considered.
    Training and ongoing support may be provided for the right candidate.
