Freelance Site Manager - Wigan

Your new company

A respected regional housebuilder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the completion and handover of a live new build housing development in the Wigan area. Due to an increase in workload, they require a reliable freelance Site Manager to ensure a smooth finish and successful handover of plots.

Your new role

You will take responsibility for the final stages of a residential development, overseeing the completion of new build homes to programme and quality standards. Working closely with subcontractors, sales teams and the wider site team, you will manage snagging, customer care issues, plot completions and NHBC requirements to ensure plots are handed over efficiently.The role is due to start immediately and is expected to last a minimum of 4 weeks, with the potential for extension depending on project requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience managing new build housing developments
Strong knowledge of plot completion and handover processes
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating final trades
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to maintain quality and health & safety standards throughout the completion phaseWhat you'll get in return
