How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

    Location: London (Hybrid, minimum 2 days onsite per week)
    Contract Length: 9-12 Months
    Start Date: October 2026 (flexible)
    Rate: £500-£550 per day (Inside IR35)

    The Opportunity

    We're supporting a leading organisation within the property and real estate sector on a major CRM and business transformation programme. As part of this initiative, we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to play a key role in shaping and delivering business-critical solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple business functions.
    Analyse and document current and future business processes.
    Produce high-quality functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and business documentation.
    Translate business needs into clear Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional specifications.
    Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiencies.
    Work closely with solution architects, developers, and test teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
    Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
    Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the bridge between business and technology teams.
    Ensure solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and best practice CRM processes.Required Experience

    Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
    Strong understanding of D365 CRM, including:
    Workflows
    Entities
    Security models
    Customer engagement processes
    Integrations and related ecosystem components
    Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders at all levels.
    Strong background in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business analysis methodologies.
    Experience supporting UAT and change initiatives.
    Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.
    Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
