Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7
Monday to Friday role (Support weekend trading during key seasonal and peak trading periods.)
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Area Concession Manager to join a popular and fast-growing fashion retailer as we continue to expand our store and concession network.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fashion manager who enjoys working across multiple locations, developing teams and driving sales performance. You will take ownership of a portfolio of concessions across West London, ensuring consistently high standards of customer service, visual merchandising, stock management and commercial performance.

40 hours per week across 5 days, predominantly Monday to Friday, with weekend support required during peak trading periods.

Area Concession Manager Key Responsibilities;
*
Manage and support a portfolio of fashion concessions across West London, you must be able to drive.
*
Drive sales, profit and commercial performance across your area.
*
Ensure excellent customer service and consistently high retail standards.
*
Monitor KPIs, sales performance and operational results, taking action where necessary.
*
Ensure concessions are commercially presented and consistently meet brand and visual merchandising standards.
*
Manage stock levels, replenishment and stock accuracy.
*
Work closely with store and concession partners to maximise trading opportunities.
*
Identify underperforming areas and implement effective action plans.
*
Analyse local trading performance and identify opportunities for growth.
*
Support weekend trading during key seasonal and peak trading periods.
About You
We are looking for someone who is energetic, commercially focused and passionate about fashion and retail.
You will ideally have:

Previous experience in a Store Manager, Concession Manager, Assistant Manager or multi-site retail management role.
*
A proven track record of achieving sales and commercial targets.
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*
A customer-first approach with high standards.
*
The ability to analyse sales and KPI information and turn it into action.
*
A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between concessions across West London and surrounding areas.
Experience within fashion, clothing, accessories, footwear or another fast-paced retail environment would be highly advantageous.
Please note: This is a field-based role, and regular travel between concessions is an essential part of the position, this is why you must be able to drive.
