How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Marketing Lead
    Great Yarmouth
    15-20 Hours per Week
    Fixed Term (11-12 Months)
    £25 per Hour

    We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Great Yarmouth for a part-time Marketing Lead to support an exciting development project. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to play a key role in raising awareness, engaging stakeholders, and supporting future recruitment during a significant period of growth and investment.

    About the Role
    This position will focus on leading the marketing and communications activity for a major development project. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will help generate excitement around the development, strengthen the organisation's reputation, support recruitment growth, and build meaningful engagement with service users, staff, employers, partners, and the wider community. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity, offering 15-20 hours per week on a fixed-term basis for approximately 11-12 months.

    What You'll Be Doing
    Developing and delivering marketing campaigns to promote the campus redevelopment project
    Increasing awareness and engagement across key audiences and stakeholder groups
    Creating compelling content for digital, print, social media, PR, and communications activities
    Supporting learner recruitment initiatives and helping drive future enrolment growth
    Building strong relationships with employers, partners, community organisations, and local stakeholders
    Managing project communications and ensuring consistent messaging throughout the redevelopment programme
    Monitoring campaign effectiveness and reporting on outcomes and engagement levels What We're Looking For
    Previous experience in marketing, communications, campaign management, or a similar role
    Strong content creation and storytelling abilities
    Experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
    Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
