A growing and innovative manufacturing business is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join its production team. If you’re hands-on, mechanically minded and enjoy keeping machinery running smoothly, this could be a great next step.
The Role
Set up and operate machinery
Monitor line performance and production output
Carry out routine maintenance and machine adjustments
Troubleshoot issues and minimise downtime
Complete quality checks and production records
About You
We’re looking for someone with recent hands-on experience operating semi-automated machinery, ideally within manufacturing or production.
You’ll be:
Mechanically minded with good problem-solving skills
Confident working independently and to SOPs
Safety and quality focused
A good communicator and team player
Keen to learn and develop
Lean/Continuous Improvement experience is desirable
