We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and rapidly growing Gloucestershire business that is looking to expand its sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and wants genuine career progression alongside uncapped earning potential.
Full training is provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for experienced sales professionals or individuals looking to launch a successful career in sales.
The Role
You will be responsible for building relationships with businesses across the UK, identifying opportunities and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
Daily responsibilities will include:
* Speaking with prospective and existing customers
* Building strong commercial relationships
* Understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
* Managing sales conversations from enquiry through to completion
* Achieving individual and team targets
* Maintaining accurate records using internal systems
* Working closely with a supportive and high performing team
About You
We're looking for people who are:

Previous sales, customer service, retail or hospitality experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
