Contracts Manager

Morson Edge are working with a specialist basement company offering construction and waterproofing of below ground structures for the public and commercial environment. They are seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team in Farnborough - further details are below: 

Role - Contracts Manager (Waterproofing).
Location - Farnborough office (Sites around London).
Salary - Depending on expeirence. 

Experience needed/responsibilities: 
- Contracts Manager for basement waterproofing.
- Need to be CSSW qualified
- Carry out designs of waterproofing systems and produce design packages.
- Work with suppliers to provide pump specifications.
- Manage 3 in house waterproofing site teams including programming, client management and quality management.
- Work with clients and architects to provide accurate timelines and scope.
- Tender for new projects.
- Invoicing following completion of site works.
- Site works typically in London.
- Office in Farnborough, expected minimum of 2 days in office with time spent in London for site visits and client meetings.
