How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Implementation Project Manager

Northampton (3 days onsite: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)

The MSP market has been static for too long. As the contingent workforce grows, the appetite for innovation, disruption and tech-enabled delivery is huge. Across the globe, hiring organisations are looking for smarter ways to engage, integrate and expand their contingent workforce.

So this is more than an opportunity to change jobs. It’s an opportunity to radically change the trajectory of your career by joining the MSP that has ripped up the rulebook. Our Solutions combine robust governance and technology leadership with exceptional talent experiences. Whether delivering Neutral Vendor programmes or our market-leading Hybrid MSP model, we challenge the status quo by putting clients, suppliers and talent at the heart of everything we do.

    What you get

Make the step away from outdated, transactional MSP models.
Help shape the future of our MSP service and help shape the future of MSP.
Work alongside ambitious, entrepreneurial people who want to do the same.
The freedom to innovate, influence and grow.

    Are you in?

If you want to help redefine what great MSP looks like? Let’s start the conversation.

Change how organisations hire. Everywhere. In every way.

We're looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the successful delivery of complex workforce technology implementations for global organisations across Europe, North America and beyond.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end system implementations, acting as the bridge between clients, our internal teams and third-party technology partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest quality.

You'll have a technical mindset, exceptional organisational skills and translate business requirements into practical system solutions. From project planning through to go-live and client sign-off, you'll ensure every implementation is delivered successfully while proactively managing risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

    What you'll be doing

As our Implementation Project Manager, you will:

Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and milestones.
Capture detailed meeting and project notes, actions, decisions and requirements to maintain alignment across all stakeholders.
Document business processes, workflows, system configurations, onboarding guides and supporting materials to enable successful system adoption.
Work closely with our third-party technology partners to oversee system configuration and development, ensuring solutions meet agreed requirements.
Review and validate system configurations throughout the build and testing process, resolving issues and ensuring the solution aligns to agreed processes
Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, providing regular progress updates to internal and client stakeholders.

    What we're looking for

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and project managing multiple workstreams. You'll ideally have:

Proven experience managing technology or systems implementation projects from initiation through to successful completion.
A technical mindset with an understanding of how systems, data, people and processes work together.
Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders.
Experience coordinating third-party technology providers and cross-functional delivery teams.
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), HRIS platforms, workforce management technology or similar workflow-based systems would be highly advantageous.

If you're passionate about delivering technology projects, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning complex challenges into successful client outcomes, we'd love to hear from you
