The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a role where you can manage your own caseload with the benefit of dedicated Paralegal support?
An established and growing legal firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Stratford-upon-Avon office.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers, Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) and experienced non-qualified Conveyancing Executives with at least 2 years' experience managing their own residential caseload.
The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Transfers of equity
Remortgages and associated residential matters
Client, lender and estate agent liaison
HM Land Registry matters
File management and compliance
Working towards agreed financial and performance targets
Supporting business development and client relationships
You'll work closely with the Head of Conveyancing and wider team, with dedicated Paralegal support to help you manage your caseload effectively.
About You
You'll ideally have:
At least 2 years' experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload.
Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing, CQS and AML requirements.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Strong organisation and file management abilities.
A proactive, team-focused approach.
Confidence in developing client relationships.
Experience with Lexcel-accredited practices or P4W would be advantageous but isn't essential.

£38000.00 - £45000.00 per year
