Welder / Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. Responsibilities

* Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications.

* Perform various welding techniques to join metal parts securely.

* Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and finish materials as required.

* Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.

* Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

* Utilise basic maths skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes.

Skills

* Proficient in welding techniques, particularly stick welding, with a solid understanding of fabrication processes.

* Experience using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.

* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Familiarity with sheet metal work is advantageous.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

* Ability to assemble components accurately while ensuring structural integrity.
