We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Fabricator to work on the fabrication, repair and modification of vehicle chassis.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate, repair and modify vehicle chassis and structural components.
* Read and work from engineering drawings and measurements.
* Carry out cutting, grinding, drilling and welding.
* Ensure all work meets required quality and safety standards.
* Inspect completed work and ensure chassis are structurally sound.
* Work as part of a busy fabrication and engineering team.
Requirements
* Previous experience in vehicle or structural fabrication.
* Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills.
* Experience working on vehicle chassis is essential.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Relevant fabrication qualifications preferred
Salary description
£17.60 - £26.40 per hour
