How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through rigorous inspection, testing, and analysis. Your expertise will support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the company's commitment to delivering safe, high-quality products to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, a solid understanding of quality assurance processes, and familiarity with HACCP principles to maintain compliance with industry regulations.

    Responsibilities

    * Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.

    * Perform detailed analysis of product samples using appropriate testing methods and equipment.

    * Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, test data, and non-conformance reports.

    * Collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

    * Support the implementation and monitoring of HACCP plans to ensure food safety standards are met.

    * Assist in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections by providing necessary documentation.

    * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and process efficiency.

    * Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality assurance procedures throughout production.

    Requirements

    * Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role within a manufacturing or food production environment.

    * Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends.

    * Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations is highly desirable.

    * Familiarity with quality assurance tools, inspection techniques, and testing equipment.

    * Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills.

    * Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments and documenting findings clearly.

    * Ability to work independently while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
