The Role
Working as part of a supportive finance function, you'll be responsible for a broad range of legal cashiering duties, including:
Processing client and office account transactions
Bank reconciliations and account balancing
Handling payments, receipts and cash allocations
Supporting billing and month-end processes
Responding to finance and cashiering queries
Investigating and resolving discrepancies
Maintaining accurate financial records
Ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and internal procedures
Providing wider finance support when required
About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
Previous Legal Cashier experience
A strong understanding of client and office accounts
Knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Most importantly, you'll be someone who can hit the ground running, work confidently with minimal supervision and make an immediate contribution to the team.
