Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing commercially focused financial insight, supporting strategic decision making, and leading an established finance function.
The successful candidate will combine strong financial leadership with a genuine ability to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and identify opportunities for business improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to influence strategic and operational decision making
Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning activities
Deliver insightful management reporting, KPI analysis and business performance reviews
Drive financial controls, governance and risk management processes
Support commercial initiatives through robust financial evaluation and modelling
Lead, coach and develop the finance team
Oversee statutory compliance, audit activity and company governance requirements
Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities across the organisationYou will bring:
