Executive Assistant — Real Estate | Central London | £52,000
Support a growing practice that is part of a top-tier global law firm
- Global platform, boutique feel — a top-ranked international firm (Chambers UK 2026 and Legal 500 rated) with offices worldwide, known internally for a close-knit, mentorship-led culture rather than a faceless corporate machine.
- A genuinely recognised employer — this firm has recently picked up industry awards for employee wellbeing and inclusion, not just a policy on paper.
- Real seniority, real visibility — you'll be the right hand to an Executive Committee member, giving you exposure, variety and influence well beyond a typical EA brief.
- Specialist real estate exposure — genuine hands-on involvement in Land Registry, Searchflow searches, deeds scheduling and completions, ideal if you want EA work with technical depth, not just diary management.
- Central London, four days in the office — close to the team, close to the action.
Owning the partner's diary, meetings, calls and travel; managing billing end-to-end on 3E (invoices, narratives, cost details, payments, client-specific rate tracking); running the real estate admin engine room — Land Registry Direct, Searchflow, deeds scheduling/storage and Docusign; producing and formatting legal documents, PowerPoint decks and Excel trackers; opening new clients/matters (KYC/AML) and keeping filing watertight; acting as a trusted, discreet point of contact for a senior stakeholder and their clients.
3+ years' Legal PA/ EA experience in a corporate or professional services environment (law firm experience a strong plus); confidence with Land Registry Direct, Searchflow and Docusign ; strong Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel skills (iManage and 3E valued); typing speed of 60wpm+; discretion, polish and the organisational instincts to manage competing priorities without breaking a sweat.
