How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Title: UK Immigration Partner

    Job Type: Permanent

    Location: UK, London (Hybrid)

    Salary: £Negotiable + Benefits


    This is a highly visible leadership position combining first-class UK immigration law expertise with strategic client relationship management, commercial development and strong operational leadership.


    The Role


    • Own, develop and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, including senior HR leaders, Talent teams, founders and C-suite executives.
    • Support the growth and retention of a portfolio of corporate clients, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new business.
    • Work closely with a high-performing team of immigration lawyers, supported by sophisticated technology, automation and streamlined workflows.
    • Act as the senior client contact and escalation point, resolving complex immigration matters, service issues and jurisdiction-specific challenges quickly and effectively.
    • Lead client communications, including the preparation and distribution of legal alerts, regional immigration updates and other critical developments, ensuring clients receive a consistent, high-quality service.
    • Oversee and approve client billing, ensuring accuracy, transparency and compliance with agreed billing guidelines.
    • Take ownership of ongoing corporate accounts, ensuring strong relationships and a consistent, high-touch client experience.
    • Monitor active matters and workflows to ensure cases are delivered in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
    • Advise senior business stakeholders on immigration strategy, risk, timelines and best practice across relevant jurisdictions.


    The Person


    • The successful candidate will be a qualified and practising UK Immigration Lawyer with substantial experience advising corporate clients on complex UK immigration matters.
    • Significant experience in complex UK corporate immigration law, preferably gained within a leading law firm or specialist immigration practice.
    • Previous experience operating in a senior, leadership or managing lawyer capacity, with the ability to influence both clients and internal stakeholders.
    • A proven track record of leading, mentoring and developing a team of immigration professionals.
    • Strong experience managing senior-level client relationships, including handling escalations and resolving complex issues.
    • A commercially minded approach, with experience developing and retaining corporate client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth.
    • Strong understanding of law firm financials, billing processes and operational workflows.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to operate effectively with senior HR, Talent and executive-level contacts.
    • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with a genuine interest in technology, innovation and improving the delivery of immigration services.
