£15.42 per hour after 7pm | £12.85 per hour before 7pm
6pm to Midnight | Choose from Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and live chat channels.
You'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries
- Supporting customers with orders and purchases
- Managing queries relating to existing orders
- Advising on products, promotions, and special offers
- Helping customers with deliveries, returns, and cancellations
- Resolving complaints and finding effective solutions
- Delivering a positive customer experience on every interaction
- Updating customer records accurately across multiple systems

About You
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional and friendly telephone manner
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good IT and administration skills
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Training
Successful candidates must be available to attend a mandatory two-week training programme:
Monday to Friday | 11:00am - 8:00pm
This comprehensive induction will equip you with the knowledge, systems training, and confidence needed to succeed in the role.
Please note: You must be able to commit to the full training period and have no holidays booked within your first six weeks of employment.
