£250-£300/day (Inside IR35)

6-Month Contract
We're supporting an established insurance organisation looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Portfolio team on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, staying on top of actions, and providing essential support to busy project teams. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, following up on actions, and helping keep delivery activities running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and project forums
- Taking minutes and tracking actions
- Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and key documentation
- Chasing updates from stakeholders and project teams
- Preparing status reports and governance packs
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and the wider portfolio team
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, PMO Administrator, or similar support role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
