The RoleAs a Primary Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of schools and year groups, depending on your experience, preferences and availability.
Your responsibilities may include:
Planning and delivering engaging, creative and well-structured lessons.
Following and developing the Primary National Curriculum.
Differentiating learning to meet the needs of individual pupils.
Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress.
Building strong and positive relationships with pupils.
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff.
Communicating effectively with colleagues and, where appropriate, parents and carers.
Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Maintaining high expectations of behaviour, learning and achievement.We Are Looking ForWe would love to hear from teachers who have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching within a UK Primary School.
A good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
Strong classroom management skills.
The ability to engage, motivate and inspire pupils.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's development.
