Do you take pride in precision work and have hands-on experience with composite materials? We're currently recruiting on behalf of a composites manufacturer for a skilled Trim and Bonding Technician to join their production team

What the Job Involves

Working from technical drawings and build manuals, you'll carry out trimming, bonding, and assembly work on composite parts to tight tolerances. Full support and further training will be provided by experienced technicians on site.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

Trimming and finishing composite components to precise specifications
Carrying out structural adhesive bonding as part of the assembly process
Working accurately from technical drawings and build documentation
Keeping on top of paperwork - time sheets, route cards, and job tracking
Keeping your workspace tidy, safe, and compliant with H&S standards
What We Need From You

Proven background in composite trimming and structural bonding
Solid understanding of composite manufacturing techniques, including jigging and fixturing
Comfortable and confident with hand tools and air tools
A sharp eye for detail and genuine pride in your output
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
A collaborative mindset, open to learning new methods
Self-motivated, with the ability to hit deadlines independently
