Academics are currently recruiting Level 3, Level 2 and experienced Unqualified Early Years Practitioners for adhoc and supply opportunities across Hadleigh and the surrounding areas.
We work with a range of local Early Years settings and are looking for passionate, reliable and caring practitioners who can step into a nursery environment and make a positive impact from day one.

Supporting children aged 0-5 years
Working across Baby, Toddler and Pre-School rooms
Supporting children's learning and development
Planning and delivering engaging activities
Building positive and nurturing relationships with children
Supporting children's personal care and daily routines
Encouraging communication, independence and social development
Supporting children with SEND and additional needs
Working alongside experienced Early Years teamsWho We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years Practitioners
Level 2 Early Years Practitioners
Experienced Unqualified Practitioners
You don't necessarily need years of experience - we're looking for people who are reliable, enthusiastic, caring and genuinely passionate about working with young children.
You should have:
Experience working with children aged 0-5
A warm, nurturing and patient approach
Good communication skills
The ability to work as part of a team
Confidence adapting to different nursery environments
A strong understanding of safeguarding
