We are currently looking to speak with experienced Senior Engineers for a major residential development in Dublin.
The project is valued at over €100m and will run for approximately 30 months, giving you the opportunity to work on a significant development from early stages through to completion.
The scheme comprises a mixture of new-build houses and RC frame apartment blocks, making this a great opportunity for an engineer with strong residential experience who is looking to work on a large and technically challenging project.
The Role
As Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the project from a technical perspective, working closely with the Project Manager, Site Management and wider design team.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Setting out and surveying across the development
* Managing technical queries and resolving issues on site
* Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information
* Coordinating with the design team, subcontractors and site management
* Ensuring works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications
* Monitoring quality and ensuring construction is delivered to the required standards
* Supporting the planning and sequencing of works
* Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
About You
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer with a strong background in residential construction, ideally with experience across both houses and RC frame apartment schemes.
