Our client is seeking a confident and motivated Lead Generator / Business Development Executive to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis. This role is focused on generating interest in professional training programmes and building relationships with businesses through outbound calls.
The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking to decision-makers, identifying opportunities and promoting training solutions to potential customers. This is not a hard sales environment, but candidates should enjoy engaging with people, generating leads and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to businesses to introduce training and development opportunities.
Generating interest and qualifying potential leads.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with prospective clients.
Promoting a range of training programmes and services.
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
Providing occasional administrative support as required.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, business development, customer service or a similar telephone-based role.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Good IT and administrative skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Available to start immediately.
