Position: Registered Manager
Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Salary: £65,000 per annum + 10% of annual salary
Hours: Full-time, days

Career Makers are partnering with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a reputable nursing home in Thetford, Norfolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse Qualified Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, leading a dedicated team and ensuring high standards of person-centred care, quality and compliance.

Responsibilities as a Registered Manager:

* Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the nursing home

* Lead, motivate and develop the care and nursing team

* Ensure consistently high standards of safe, person-centred care

* Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation

* Oversee audits, quality assurance, safeguarding, care planning and risk management

* Drive continuous improvement across the service

Requirements as a Registered Manager:

* Previous management experience within a care home setting

* Nursing qualified with an active NMC PIN (Desirable)
