You don’t have to start from scratch; you will be provided with everything you need from day one. I am working with an established HR Franchise Consultancy Business who are looking for more great HR professionals to join them as franchisees. This is a well established brand with an excellent reputation.  The day to day HR work is supporting businesses of up to 250 employees – usually smaller SMEs. So- who are we looking for? You Should Have:
General HR advising experience at senior level.
Friendly engaging manner with a commercial approach to HR for small businesses
Availability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week,
Ability to travel locally to meet clients
Experience of ER-supporting managers with problem solvingThis is an amazing opportunity to run your own HR consultancy business.
