How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    AMAZON MARKETPLACE MANAGER

Advertised by ST TALENT on behalf of a growing premium consumer brand

ST TALENT is working with an established and growing consumer brand to recruit an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operational execution of its Amazon presence across multiple brands and territories.

With a catalogue of circa 500 SKUs, this is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys owning the detail, improving marketplace performance and driving growth through catalogue management, content, SEO, PPC and promotions.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work closely with senior sales and marketing stakeholders to turn wider Amazon strategy into a clear and effective execution plan.

    THE ROLE

You will take ownership of the Amazon channel across multiple brands, ensuring listings are accurate, optimised and commercially effective, whilst supporting the ongoing expansion into new brands and territories.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Catalogue Management

    * Manage and continually optimise a catalogue of circa 500 SKUs across Amazon.

    * Oversee listing structures, variations and category mapping.

    * Support the rollout of existing brands and identify opportunities for additional brands.

    * Coordinate with IT around SKU setup and product data feeds.

    * Maintain listing accuracy across territories, including pricing, stock visibility and marketplace compliance.

    Content & Amazon SEO

    * Own Amazon listing content including titles, bullet points, backend search terms and A+ Content.

    * Continuously optimise listings to improve organic rankings, visibility and conversion.

    * Manage and develop Amazon Brand Stores, including content, layout and navigation.

    * Ensure all product content is accurate, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.

    Paid Advertising

    * Plan, execute and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.

    * Manage advertising budgets, bids and performance against agreed ACoS/ROAS targets.

    * Monitor campaign performance and use insights to influence catalogue, content and promotional priorities.

    Promotions

    * Execute Amazon promotions including Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Day, Black Friday and seasonal campaigns.

    * Monitor promotional performance and report on results.

    * Feed learnings back into future promotional and commercial planning.

    Brand & Territory Expansion

    * Work closely with senior sales stakeholders on the rollout of new brands and territories.

    * Act as the operational lead for marketplace expansion projects.

    * Translate commercial strategy into clear, practical execution plans.

    Reporting & Performance

    * Monitor catalogue health, content quality, PPC and promotional performance.

    * Produce regular performance reporting and highlight opportunities for improvement.

    * Track key marketplace KPIs and use data to drive decision-making.

    * Work collaboratively with Sales, IT, CX and other internal teams.

    ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an experienced Amazon marketplace professional who is comfortable taking ownership of a sizeable catalogue and managing the detail behind a high-performing Amazon channel.

    You will ideally have:

Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.

Experience managing Amazon across multiple marketplaces or territories.

Strong practical knowledge of Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Brands and Display.

Experience managing PPC budgets, bids and performance against ACoS/ROAS targets.

Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and ranking factors.

Experience creating and managing A+ Content and Amazon Brand Stores.

Experience managing and maintaining large product catalogues and product data.

Understanding of product data feeds, PIM or catalogue management systems.

Experience executing Amazon promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.

Highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, IT and CX.

A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to identify opportunities and take ownership.

    WHY JOIN?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing consumer business at an exciting stage of its Amazon journey. With circa 500 SKUs currently within the catalogue, there is plenty of scope to make a genuine impact across catalogue performance, SEO, PPC, content, promotions and international growth.

ST TALENT is managing the recruitment process on behalf of the business.

If you're an experienced Amazon Marketplace professional looking for a role where you can genuinely own and develop the channel, we'd love to hear from you
