This senior role combines technical authority with full account management responsibility, overseeing engineering resilience, statutory compliance, operational performance and commercial delivery.
The Role
As the Senior Technical Account Manager, you'll:
Lead technical authority across mechanical, electrical, controls and life safety systems.
Ensure statutory, mandatory and critical PPM requirements are consistently achieved.
Maintain resilience across HV/LV, UPS, generators, HVAC and critical infrastructure.
Lead technical risk management, incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Manage contract P&L, forecasting, margins, cost control and commercial performance.
Lead client governance, supplier performance and engineering improvement initiatives. About You
To be successful as the Senior Technical Account Manager, you'll have:
At least five years' FM experience within critical or process manufacturing environments.
Proven contract management and senior technical leadership experience.
Technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Process or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, engineering risk and critical infrastructure.
Senior-level budget management and commercial accountability experience.
ILM or CMI Level 5 qualification. Experience within semiconductor or similarly high-risk technical environments would be advantageous.
