How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    * Working closely with engineering teams to agree priorities, manage trade-offs and deliver product outcomes.
    * Building relationships with pharmaceutical, academic and research customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities.

    * Defining product requirements, acceptance criteria, success measures and delivery plans.
    * Working collaboratively with engineering, data, design and clinical teams in regulated environments.
    * Balancing commercial requirements with research and operational priorities.
    * Tracking product adoption, performance and commercial results to identify areas for improvement and growth.
    * Presenting product priorities, progress and risks to senior stakeholders.
The candidates from the following background will be considered:
    * Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Lead, Product Delivery Manager, Product Operations Manager, Digital Product Manager
    What we are looking for:
    * Extensive experience in Senior Product Management within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research or clinical trials.
    * A proven background in developing and scaling products for multiple external customers with differing requirements.
    * Prior experience converting customer requirements into scalable product solutions.
    * Experience working with pharmaceutical organisations, ideally within clinical trials, patient recruitment, patient engagement or research services.
    * The ability to balance commercial requirements with research and operational priorities.
    * Experience working alongside engineering teams and leading product delivery.
    * Strong product strategy, roadmap planning and prioritisation experience.
    * Strong stakeholder management experience across engineering, data, research, clinical and executive functions.
    * Have experience delivering products within complex, regulated environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Product Manager looking to lead meaningful digital products across healthcare and clinical research.
