Hours: Full-time - 6:30am to 4:00pm (9 hours)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team working across Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in grounds maintenance who is looking for ongoing work, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of grounds maintenance duties, helping to keep outdoor areas safe, tidy and well maintained.
Duties may include:
* General grounds maintenance and landscaping
* Grass cutting, strimming and hedge cutting
* Vegetation clearance and maintenance
* Operating MEWPs safely and efficiently
* Using grounds maintenance machinery and equipment
* Chainsaw work where required
* General outdoor maintenance duties
* Working as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard
The Candidate
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and experienced individual who takes pride in their work.
Essential requirements:
* Full UK driving licence
* Valid MEWP qualification/experience
* Previous grounds maintenance experience
* Good understanding of health & safety
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Highly desirable:
* Chainsaw experience/qualification is massively preferred
* Experience using a range of grounds maintenance machinery
* Landscaping or arboricultural experience
